Payment & Shipping Considerations

NOTE: Before we can ship your order you must supply phone numbers. The first is a home number for purchase verification. The second is a work, cell, or delivery (if different from home) number in case there is a problem during delivery. Shipping is processed when payment is received. We usually ship via UPS. If an eBay auction, you must specify at auction close your preferred shipping method or it will default to UPS. Tracking number can be provided if requested.

Note: Delivery rates are determined by your geographical location. For an accurate quote please include your zip (postal) code with your request.
eBay Customers: While we welcome our international buyers, costly shipping has caused many buyers, who otherwise pay promptly, to become non paying buyers. PLEASE ask for a shipping quote before purchasing or you
Shipment: Usually takes 10 days from payment unless delays caused by the order in which the payments are processed, complete information, touch ups (if necessary) and any special packaging needs. Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to car shows, or previous commitments. We strive to process your shipments as quickly as possible and will do everything possible to get your item to you as soon as we can.
United States Postal Service carries an additional $25.00 charge for package drop off at nearest station.

Transit Time: Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary with package origin, destination, size and weight particularly during peak periods.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Swap Market reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Mustang Masters signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time without notice, for any reason and without any obligation to you or any third-party. Any suspension or termination will not affect your obligations to Mustang Masters under these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms. Upon suspension or termination of your access to the Service, or upon notice from Mustang Masters, all rights granted to you under these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms will cease immediately, and you agree that you will immediately discontinue use of the Service. The provisions of these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms, which by their nature should survive your suspension or termination will survive, including the rights and licenses you grant to Mustang Masters in these Terms, as well as the indemnities, releases, disclaimers, and limitations on liability and the provisions regarding jurisdiction, choice of law, no class action, and mandatory arbitration.
